Holistic health and lifestyle coaching with Brooke changed my life. I had been experiencing infertility for almost two years, along with the anxiety and depression that comes with it. She guided me in being thoughtful about my daily habits and choices, including food, activities, my inner dialogue, the way I perceived the world, how long I do (or don’t) chew before swallowing, and so much more. 5 months later I got pregnant for the very first time and am due with a baby boy in February!
